I have improved the packaging of kibana for Debian.

• Add missing dependency on ruby-fastercsv.
• Fix init.d status.

The CMS have replaced the + by _ in the filenames. Be prepared to rename back the files before doing dpkg-source -x kibana_0.2.0_35_g40f2512_6-2.dsc
