at daemon 3.2.0

There is a new version of at daemon, 3.2.0. It was implemented some new features, so the bump on the minor version.

I think this is something new (not sure where bugs are reported). I noticed that when I use "batch", the job gets killed if the user (me) logs out. I don't think this happened in the past.

I suspect (but I'm not sure) that the daemon is creating another daemon owned by the user to wait for the system load to drop. But the child daemon, and it's job, get killed on logout.

I don't remember this behavior happening 6 months ago. I'm on archlinux running 3.1.23-3.
